| "I am 16. I come from Mitrovica in Kosovo. I came because of the war. I have no family. I have been here for six months. I came on a boat to Dover with my best friend who was 14. His mother was Bosnian and his father Albanian. But somehow at Dover I lost him. I never saw him again. I came to Oxford and now I am living with a Kosovan family in Blackbird Leys. I am learning English and I play football, pool and talk to my friends. I liked taking the photographs. I like green spaces – better than people! I liked seeing places like the Botanic Gardens for the first time. I am very pleased with my photographs." | |||||||||
